Benjamin Plays Cars with Mom

Though Benjamin does exhibit some motor delays, he does not exhibit the same social and communicative deficits as children on the autism spectrum. While playing with his mother, Benjamin looks back and forth from the activity to his mother's face. He shares his enjoyment of the game with her through these looks, along with smiles and laughter. He plays reciprocally and makes an effort to keep the game going when his mother turns away.
